SYSTEM FEATURES OF SUNHOME FLOATING POWER STATION


• The inverter booster ship scheme applies to water with large area, and it will not be affected by the cable length and the near-coast allocation is not necessary for the phalanx.
• In consideration of the dip-angle irradiation, shadow shielding, relative transmittance loss, and compared with the optimum dip angle floating type, the small dip angle floating type will bring higher profits (both generating capacity and costs) and better safety (great reduction of wind load).
• One floating body supports single module, so that the force exerted on the floating body by support and module is uniform.
• There is a coupling of wind, wave and current, and the flexible design among floating bodies can eliminate the stress effect due to relative movement among them.
• The anchor system and relevant connection can adapt large water level variation, especially for the low water level in dry season such as winter and irrigation period, and high water level in rainy season, the anchor system can control the relative position of floating units in each phalanx in variation of wind, wave, current and water level to avoid the collision and overturn and enhance the water surface utilization.
• The floating body can resist natural conditions such as ultraviolet radiation, ozone, acid, alkali and salt, and no hazardous substance polluting the water will be precipitated, and it is environmental-friendly.
• The floating power station is featured with high reliability and it can meet the 25-year operation requirements, and the floating body can resist various aging; it is featured with waterproof cable, double-glazed module, anti-corrosion treatment for equipment, etc.
• It can be maintained simply and safely in the water for many aspects, such as the availability for booster ship maintenance in the water.
• Various factors have been considered to efficiently improve the generating capacity, for example, the cable usage can be greatly reduced through floating mode of inverter booster ship.
